What are our permit service fees?
Our permit service fee will depend on the type of services required and the type and size of the development. We normally charge by a lump sum or a flat fee for our permit services. However, we can also charge by the hour as well.
Our fee is reasonable, affordable and competitive and you can reduce your cost by more than half by working with PERMITECH. The best is to send us your project information or contact us for a meeting to review your project and the type of services required. Then, we can better provide you with a more accurate quote.

The permit process can be time consumming, complex and can be fustrated at times.
Yes. PERMITECH can complete the entire City of Edmonton Development Permit process for your project. This will leave you time to relax and concentrate on your business.
PERMITECH will perform site visits, Bylaw review, code review, design dvelopment for your project, production of all require Development Permit submission drawings, 3D renderings, meetings with Planners and City Officials, coordination with other consultants, prepare materials for various City committees/departments such as Transportation, Edmonton Design Committee, appeal board (if required) and etc to complete the approval process.

Can Permitech takecare of the entire Building Permit process for us?
PERMITECH can also provide complete service for achieving Building Permit approval. Normally, we would like to complete and have the Development Permit approved prior to the Building Permit process. However, in some project, due to time constraints, we can also work on the 2 permits at the same time inorder to fast track the permit process.
Building Permit will consist the production of the final construction documents which can include detail drawings, specifications, and various Engineering drawings if required. Moreover, various permits will also be required for approval prior to construction. |

How long will a Development Permit approval process take in Edmonton?
Depending on the type, complexity of your project and the type of permit you are appling for, many factors can affect the time it will take to get the permit approvedl. It can be from a few days, few weeks to a few months for the Development Permit to be approved.
PERMITECH understands the process and the permitting system and we know the City officials, we have helped many of clients to fast track the permitting process successfully.
If your project involve rezoning and community consultation, additional time and work will be required before the Development Permit can be approved.
